For our first split release, we dug through the deepest trenches of the underground and unearthed some of the most insane projects we could possibly find!

MARIGOLD KING offer a truly unique whirlwind of cacophonous grandeur by employing the rather unusual instrumentation of brass, drums, bass and vocals.

Equal parts symphonic and discordant, 'Pillars to Unrelenting Suffering' crushes the listener with twisted compositions that are simply dizzying.

It's safe to say you haven't heard anything like this before, but if you dig the symphonic and opulent parts of Imperial Triumphant as well as the low end tension of Portal, Marigold King will turn your world upside down.

Needless to say, SWAMPWORM had their work cut out for them if they wanted to keep up with the insanity on side A.

But the cavernous dissonance they unleash on 'Nahab' takes no prisoners straight out the gate. This stuff is as abrasive as it gets, especially when it erupts with abrupt shockwaves of blast frenzy that seemingly come out of nowhere.

Along with Swampworm's murky production, their 4 tracks create a claustrophobic darkness that feels like it will swallow you at any moment. Embrace the paranoia!

When these guys rolled through my town, Obituary, Blood Incantation, and Immolation were playing a different venue the same night. I chose to go see Nightmarer because I just finished listening to this wonderful album and loved what I heard. My god did I not regret my decision. They are an S Teir live performance. DO NOT miss the chance to catch their set if it rears it’s beautiful dissonant head in your neck of the woods. seven skeletons
