After making their mark on the scene with the 'I' EP in 2020, German obscure Death Metallers Maere are now back with a brand new song and re-recording of 'I Descend'!

The gargantuan new 'Think of Me as Fire' is the band's most challenging and dense work to date and will absolutely leave you begging for more.

As if the raw, atonal tension of this 7 min mammoth of a song wasn't already entrancing enough, Maere serve up a punishingly stoic ending that will swallow your mind whole.

It has a dark and ominous aura to it that is hard to grasp - and that extends to the re-recording of 'I Descend', which sounds more captivating and gritty than ever.
